Mission Statement:
McKean County Government exists solely for the purpose of serving the needs of the citizens of our county. We will strive to provide quality service in all the various areas including direct services, community services, registrations and elections, assessment of persons and property, human services, emergency management, veterans' affairs, appointment of county personnel and fiscal management.
Our definition of quality service is that we will satisfy each and every citizen that calls on county government for some type of service and we will get it right and we will do it as efficiently and as cost effectively as possible.
