Notary Services
The Commonwealth permits notaries public to charge the following fees for these seven official acts:

Positive ID Required
PA Notary Public Law requires acceptable IDs to contain the following elements:
Current, government-issued identification card WITH Serial or Identification Number AND at least one of the following: photograph, physical description, signature.
Examples of preferable IDs include but are not limited to:

Executing verifications-$5.00
Executing Acknowledgements-$5.00
**In executing acknowledgements, each additional
name- $2.00
Executing Certificates-$5.00
Administering Oaths-$5.00
Taking depositions, per page-$3.00
